These models have been conceived to be used when more automation is required, in fact the only thing the operator has just to do is to insert the product into the film and to move it onto the sealing area, as the rest of the working cycle ( sealing, product removal and transfer inside the shrink tunnel) happens automatically. Ideal for medium-high output productions that need to wrap single and multiple products. Easy changement of size according to product dimensions and shape. An alternative choice to "one-step®" systems in order to increase production though beeing very easy to use..

The Ecopac line presents also some larger models of sleeve-wrappers: the Ecopack 650 and the Ecopac 800. Instructions For Use:

Place the Staggering Duck non-stick sheet on a grease-free tin. Place the food on the sheet and begin baking or preparation. Once the food is ready, slide or lift easily from the sheet. Clean the sheet with a damp cloth, dry and store in the plastic tube supplied.

Do not use sharp implements, knives or scissors on the surface of the sheet.

No need to grease tin or liner.

Store flat or rolled up - do not crease.

Do not put the sheet directly on heat, elements or flame.
